I've been asked by many residents which candidates I support, so I'm sharing the full list of campaigns I've endorsed below. Feel free to reach out to me, or them, with any questions. One of the great aspects of local government, is that candidates and elected officials are very accessible. I am incredibly excited about the talented, diverse, thoughtful candidates running for office this cycle.
City Races:
Mayor: Christopher Taylor (Re-Elect)
Ward 5: Jenn Cornell
Ward 4: Dharma Akmon
Ward 3: Ayesha Ghazi Edwin
Ward 2: Chris Watson
Ward 1: Cynthia Harrison
Local Ballot Initiatives:
YES to Proposal 1: Increased funding for the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (2.38 mills for 5 years)
State Races:
State House, 47th District: Carrie Rheingans (District covers most of 5th Ward)
State House, 23rd District: Jason Morgan (A few 5th Ward households)
State House, 33rd District: Felicia Brabec
State Senate, 14th District: Sue Shink
State Senate, 15th District: Jeff Irwin (Re-Elect)
Judicial Races:
22nd Circuit Court Judge: Arianne Slay (November election)
